It’s been just over a week since we officially launched LinkRisk, rather than take a break and mark the product as ‘done’ we’ve stepped up a gear, we’ve been pushing on average 15-20 updates a day to LinkRisk and testing a few out, last night a few people discovered the latest feature we’ve added to LinkRisk. The site information popup now shows you contact details for the website that we’ve found, we look for a contact email address and a contact form, we’ve been scanning this information for a few months but some recent tweaks have bumped the accuracy up so we … Read More

This morning we rolled out a slight change to the export formats we allow. Now when you pull out the links in a particular category you will note that there is an extra column to denote the number of detected links from each root url.   This should allow you to quickly get a handle on the number of potential sitewides etc. We hold a lot of information in LinkRisk that we aren’t ready to show yet but will continue to add fields as they become ready for public use.

Just before we get ready to head down to BrightonSEO,  we’ve shipped out a nice feature for the beta testers, filtering. So we’ve used this opportunity to create our fist ‘feature post’ where we tell you, well what features we are releasing. When viewing a link profile now, you can filter by LinkRisk score, domain name, status code and anchor text which should help you narrow down those Risky Links.
